FULL-TIME DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED

Hours: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Pay: $32.88 – $47.16 per hour + SCHADS Award + Penalties

Concept Care Disability Solutions Pty Ltd is expanding and looking for dependable, compassionate Disability Support Workers.
About the Role:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication prompting
- Clinical care (PEG feeding, bowel care, stoma care, catheter support)
- Transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Positive behaviour support
- Encouraging independence and community participation
Who We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and responsible
- Calm under pressure
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Professional and respectful
- Willing to learn and grow
Preferred:
- Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working With Children (WWC) Check
- First Aid
- Australian driver’s licence
- Willingness to complete a medical
