Softcrayons Hiring Education Counsellor
Softcrayons is currently hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller & Education Counsellor. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about communication, student guidance, and career counseling.
Job Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students via phone calls and provide accurate information about courses and services
Counsel students regarding educational programs and career opportunities
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
Build positive relationships with students and parents
Achieve daily and monthly calling and counseling targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 1–2 year (Freshers are welcome)
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good listening and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Details:
Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: As per market standards (based on performance and experience)
Work Environment: Professional and growth-oriented
