I went to the Iran Air London Office when I was in the UK and wanted help booking a flight. The office was easily found because it was situated in a convenient area of the city. Throughout my stay, the personnel treated me with great professionalism and warmth. I was a little anxious because there were some problems with my reservation and I had to adjust my schedule. But the office staff responded to my request promptly and thoughtfully.
All of my inquiries concerning baggage allowances, flight modifications, and costs were addressed politely by them. They went above and above to make sure I understood the procedure and what I needed to do next, and I appreciated that. In general, my time at the Iran Air London Office was seamless, and I left feeling confident that all my travel arrangements were sorted.
